Communicated very well, stayed as close to timeline as possible, got on a Zoom call with me very late at night since I was having an issue with the Google verification codes which are nightmares, walked me through my Zapier account, and successfully helped me trouble-shoot a Zap from Calendly to Pipedrive that has been driving me nuts over the past ~2 weeks.
