I will write a Telegrambot according to your wishes. If you don't want to host it yourself I will do it for the given time. Additionally I will take care of the infrastructure during this time so that the bot is nearly always available.
Things I already have experience with:
- More complex user interfaces
- Database
- reading data from websites
- using API's
- Including cleverbot for entertainment
If you need something that is not listed here yet, it is not a problem, write me and we will find a solution.
