I have developed the bot using the QNA MAKER, LUIS which uses NLP with Microsoft bot framework and implemented on more than 4 channels(Facebook, outlook, telegram, etc).
Also, I have done chatbot integrations with mobile apps which is quite helpful for the customers to manage the day to day assistance.
