Following is a typical breakdown of excel sheet for grading work;

1. Site demolition and loads for debris haul-away.
2. Sediment and erosion control measures.
3. Clearing and grubbing.
4. Topsoil stripping (typically 4-6 inch layer).
5. Topsoil re-spread (typically 4-6 inch layer).
6. Net topsoil to be hauled-away/ imported.
7. Grading cut as per existing and proposed contours.
8. Grading Fill as per existing and proposed contours.
9. Net fill/ Cut.
10. No. of Loads required for haul-away.
11. Site balancing (if required).
12. Over-excavation for removal of undocumented fill (as per geotechnical report recommendations).
13. Lime stabilization (as per geotechnical report recommendations).
14. Bed Rock excavation (as per geotechnical report recommendations and boring logs).

Please Note: Some sites involve phase-wise grading. In this case, please mention in scope description if phase-wise grading is required.
