As a Senior Master Builder, I fully believe in the importance of showcasing your project to help clients capture the essence, passion and aesthetics of their architectural design.
This is where 3D modeling and architectural visualization come into play, allowing a large amount of information to be transmitted, evoking emotions and, incidentally, telling a story of its own. A realistic 3D render is a great tool not only to sell your design, but also a way to present real estate projects from the client's point of view, and should always be accurate, creative and unique.

What will I need from you?
If you request the 3D model along with the rendering, I will mainly request the floor plans and elevations of your architectural design, this may also include sketches or visual references.
If you provide me with the 3D model, I will need it in the following formats: Sketchup, .FBX, .3DS or Revit.
